I built a little home studio. A black background fixed at the bookshelf, two Yongnuo flashes (one with a grid as key, one with a softbox as fill/accent), another Canon flash (trigger only) and that’s it.

I tried first a simple light set up – key from top left, fill/accent from back right. Then on trying to get the lighting right with the cap (switching the setup left/right and moving the fill around) and then with the hat (using the Canon flash also as light, bouncing off a reflector on the floor to get the light below the rim of the hat). The photos did not turn out too bad, now I just need to find a better looking model
